History of Eagle Automotive

A brief history

The business was founded because we have a strong passion for cars. Previous experiences when purchasing a vehicle told us we could do a whole lot better. We knew that experience could be made more personal and focused towards the client, rather than the profit of a large glass fronted showroom. We all love cars at Eagle Automotive which is why we have moved from strength to strength ensuring our business is solely focussed on you and your experience with us.

Why We Do It

We believe that there is a gap in the market for customer focussed car sourcing and sales. To provide unparalleled levels of customer service which results in the customers satisfaction is our aim.

When buying my own cars we have often wondered:
- Is this the best deal you can get?
- Is the car going to be reliable?
- Will the unexpected happen and cost a small fortune to put right?

The opportunity to mitigate these fears for ourselves and others, and spend time creating a brand that will become synonymous with quality, surrounded by exciting vehicles, led us to form Eagle Automotive

We are aware of the common pitfalls which can take the enjoyment out of the car ownership experience. Dreading the annual visit to the dealership for the MoT and service, not knowing what the call at the end of the day will bring. We want to take the uncertainty out of the process and bring back enjoyment – That’s why we are commited to give the best possible service to our clients.

Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs

Is it worth trying to sell my car myself privately?

Lots of people do try to sell their cars themselves. The hassle that comes with that is dealers trying to offer you silly money for your car. Time wasters just wanting to take your car for a spin. Plus the cost you need to spend on advertising your car. We take all that hassle away for you. We handle the complete sale, all of the advertising, all the viewings and the worry on everyones mind, the actual financial transaction. Once that has been made we release the car and transfer the money over to you.

If I have brought a car from a franchise dealership is it better for me to take my car back to them when i part exchange it?

No. We will offer you more money for your old car as a trade in than the dealership can, as we do not need the same margin across the car as they do when we sell it on via us or through the car trade.

When servicing my vehicle is it best to keep a full service history with it?

Yes it is good to keep a full service history on a car that is three years old or less. A full service comprises of just the service though. If anything else needs changing like brake pads for example then any reputable mechanic can do that for you at a far lesser cost.

Will i recieve the same level of servicing buying a car from a non branded dealership?

Yes. We focus our time on getting you the best possible value for your part exchange, and giving you the best possible deal on the car you are interested in.
